Inventory Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory operations.
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring efficient inventory management processes.
This role requires strong data analysis skills, supplier management expertise, and a solid understanding of retail and supply chain management.
Duties: - Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs - Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan procurement, and manage inventory replenishment - Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in inventory management processes - Implement and maintain a warehouse management system (WMS) to streamline inventory tracking and control - Oversee the implementation of inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and obsolescence management - Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure adherence to inventory management best practices Experience: - Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices - Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Demonstrated experience in supplier management and negotiation - Solid understanding of retail operations and supply chain management processes - Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in inventory management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
