Southstone Recovery Center is still growing and is seeking a Director of Counseling to provide guidance and support to our certified substance abuse counselors and participants!

Southstone Recovery Center is a brand new ASAM 2.
5 Partial Hospitalization Program location dedicated to helping women find purpose and develop the skills necessary to actualize long-term recovery from substance use disorders.
We are looking for an individual who desires the opportunity to help save lives while feeling challenged and professionally enriched on a daily basis.
As the Director of Clinical Services at Southstone Recovery Center, you will ensure evidence-based care by:
* Serving as a member of the facility leadership team.
* Providing clinical consultation, oversight of case planning and care coordination.
* Reviewing caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services, carrying a limited caseload when needed.
* Directing crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required.
* Providing staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
* Providing onsite coverage for other programs when needed, develop and execute new programs according to market needs and may provide training, case consultation and on call coverage during and after program hours as needed.
* Ensuring procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations and standards of care.
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:*
* Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or closely related field required.
* Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
* Two or more years of previous supervisory experience required.
*LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: *
Licensed counselor, social worker, or psychologist

Pay: $35.
