Business Development Representative

Responsibilities: - Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business leads - Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and outreach - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage leads and sales activities - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong inside sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proven track record in achieving sales goals and meeting targets - Technical sales knowledge or experience is a plus - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred - Ability to conduct outbound calling and telemarketing activities - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, and paid time off.
