*Qualified candidates will have automotive service scheduling knowledge and terminology.

As a BDC Service Agent you will be tasked with a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, scheduling service, and answering service questions in a friendly and timely manor.
Our agents work as a team with other team members, Service Managers and Service Advisors.
*Requirements and Responsibilities:*
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Able to work as a team and help other team members.
* Able to Multitask, handling multiple phone calls while using multiple computer systems.
* Previous Automotive service experience is a plus.
* Previous Call Center experience is a plus.
* Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
* Automotive knowledge and terminology.
* Partner with Service department to schedule service appointments
* Contribute to high scores in customer satisfaction index (CSI)
* All calls answered in prompt, courteous and professional manor
* Make outbound calls including: Service reminders, appointment reminders, recall notices, retention lists.
* Computer skills (typing)
