Full Time Sales Lead

```Duties:``` - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Achieve sales targets and goals set by management - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Train and mentor new sales team members ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in a retail sales role preferred - Strong knowledge of retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and profit margins - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team We offer competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a positive work environment.
