Earning potential is based off of your ability to sell merchandise and customer care options, with our commission and bonus program.
Earn up to $40,000 annually, or even more! Guaranteed minimum to help those start out as they build their business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greets and assists customers in their merchandise selection, while providing product and customer care option information.
Stays up to date on all current merchandise line-up and the benefits of each product.
Utilizes closing skills to make the sale, ensuring each customer leaves a satisfied Schewels Home customer.
Provides excellent customer service during and after the sale.
Make a minimum required customer contacts per day to solicit additional business.
Meet or exceed all monthly goals or quotas as assigned by the Store Manager or corporate office.
Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
Must be motivated by sales and competitive commission-based pay.
Learn and adhere to the Schewels Home Sales Management plan.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must be honest, reputable, dependable.
Must have the ability and desire to serve the customers in an efficient and professional manner.
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Maintains a neat appearance and professional attitude.
Manager retains the discretion to add or change the duties to the position at any time.
