As a Service Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our service operations, collaborating closely with our Service General Manager and the entire team to document, cost, estimate, present, and monitor demand service repairs and projects.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities: Timely completion of assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overseeing the life-cycle for all demand service quotes, from lead generation to securing purchase orders.
Contacting vendors, estimating service or plumbing repairs, creating, and sending proposals.
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the estimating process.
Following up with customers to secure purchase orders and provide project status updates.
Establishing strong working relationships with vendors to ensure prompt attention and service.
Assisting in purchasing job-related materials and maintaining accurate records.
Providing general administrative support to the Service fulfillment process.
Continuously reviewing processes and making recommendations to enhance customer service.
Qualifications and Skills: One-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with Maxwell, North Boundary, XOI, and HVAC Systems preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and vendors.
Ability to interpret documents and carry out instructions effectively.
Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 25 pounds.
