About Our Opportunity
We are seeking an Inventory Control Analyst.
The Inventory Control Analyst is someone who can analyze inventory discrepancies, and work order posting problems to determine root cause and provide resolutions.
Responsibilities:
Resolves inventory discrepancies related to production and/or researching receipts and postings.
Generates and distributes inventory reports for regular distribution to corporate and local managers.
Provides support for other areas by relocating missing/lost product for orders and clearing deficiency reports errors.
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information.
Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others, and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
A commitment to company-wide quality and safety is required.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate with management and co-workers in order to meet departmental goals.
Strong mathematical skills are essential for this position.
Strong typing and computer skills – Proficient on MS Office Products.
Familiarity with JDE is a plus.
Ability to maintain strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through on action items.
Ability to work independently with little direction
Continued education preferred.
One year experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
