I need to hire a property manager in Eden (eden, nc)

Hello, I own a 4 plex in eden and need a new property manager.
It would be great if you are managing other properties and have experience.
I may also consider a new person.
I can even run the credit checks myself.
mostly I need someone who will take inquiries, show vacant units, and deal with local repairs--hiring a handy man, HVAC person etc.
also, you'd have to go to court if an eviction is needed.
